Conference Venue
Western Caspian University, the first private higher education institution of Azerbaijan, was founded in 1991. The University is a member of the International Association of Universities under UNESCO, the European Fund for Management Development, the Black Sea Universities Network, and a number of other international organizations, including UIAA and the UN Mountain Partnership Program.
